Thank you for your interest in transfering into the School of Music. In addition to this form, you must submit any additional pre-screening or portfolio requirements (requirements vary by major), complete an entrance audition, and submit an unofficial transcript to the Music Admissions office.
Pre-screening videos are required for voice, violin, and all jazz applicants and are due by December 1. Live auditions take place on campus during February.
After submitting this form, you are not required to submit an application to the university, pay an application fee, or submit letters of recommendation. Admission to the School of Music is determined based on entrance auditions; there is no guarantee that current DePaul students will be admitted to the School of Music.
