The Technical Production Office provides audio-video recording services to students for a labor/equipment reimbursement fee. Students can request these services by submitting this form:HPC Recording Services Request
What’s Included?
- High-resolution stereo audio recording of your performance using the built-in microphone arrays in each performance space.
- HD single-camera video recording of your performance using the built-in robotic cameras in each performance space.
- Recordings delivered as a single WAV or MP4 file via a download link within 7 days of your performance.
What’s Not Included?
- Post-production mixing or editing services are not available.
- Mastering services are not available.
- Physical media such as CD’s or DVD’s are not available.
Important Notes
- These services are only available in the five performance spaces at HPC:
- Gannon Concert Hall (C103)
- Jarvis Opera Hall (S101)
- Allen Recital Hall (C102)
- Dempsey Corboy Jazz Hall (C250)
- Brennan Recital Hall (C104)
- These services are meant to capture your live performance accurately and in the highest resolution our equipment is capable of producing. HPC staff cannot piece takes together or alter performances.
Recording Services Package
($150) Recital/Audition Recording Package
Includes:
- 2-hour recording session
- Video: A wide shot captured from the built-in HD camera at the back of the hall
- Audio: A stereo capture from the built-in house microphone array
- Post-production services to edit out individual clips for each piece/excerpt/take
- Download delivery of 1 video file of each piece/excerpt/take from your session, sent within 7 days
