About
Diana Sofia Ortiz has a Bachelor's Degree in Violin Performance from The College of Saint Rose, where she pursued Music Education classes for two years; a Master's Degree in Violin Performance from DePaul University, and is currently pursuing her Certificate Degree in Violin Performance from DePaul and the Suzuki Violin Method Book 1 Teaching Certification. She is a Teaching Artist at The Kenwood Academy High School and recently won the Concertmaster position for the Lakeview Orchestra. She has taught private violin lessons to kids from 4 to 17 years old, as well as adults, in Colombia and in the U.S. since 2010.
