Renting Facilities - Holtschneider Performance Center
The Holtschneider Performance Center exists primarily to support the activities of our current
School of Music and Community Music Division students. However, our spaces may be rented by alumni for the purpose of performing or recording.*
To submit your request, please contact the School of Music Concert Manager, Heidi Hewitt. After initial contact, you may be asked to submit an Event Space Request. To access the submission form and view photos of our performance spaces, visit our
New Facilities information page.
Please know that appointments are required to view or tour our rental
spaces, and that we cannot accommodate walk-in requests to discuss the
nature or feasibility of your event with our staff. Estimates will be
provided if we can move forward with your request.
*While we try to accommodate
new requests, student work is always our priority.
Please note that we cannot properly support requests made less
than six weeks before the requested event date. For this reason, all
events must be confirmed at least four weeks out.
