2021 DePaul Concerto Festival for Young Performers

DePaul Concerto Festival

We are thrilled to welcome winners of the DePaul Concerto Festival for Young Performers in concert with the Oistrakh Symphony of Chicago under the direction of Mina Zikri.

Selected from 140 competitors across the Midwest who auditioned on January 2021, the nine winners in piano, violin, and cello will perform works by Beethoven, Elgar, Haydn, Mendelssohn, Mozart, Popper, Saint-Saens, and Wieniawski.

Please join us for a multi-part virtual concert series on Sunday, October 10 at 7:30 PM to enjoy and applaud these outstanding young musicians. Click here to register and receive a free link to view the multi-part concert series on each performance day.

After the performance, we encourage you to join us for the After Concert Discussion on Zoom with Oistrakh conductor, Mina Zikri, to ask questions and learn more about the recording and rehearsing process.
