Not sure if your intended major requires an audition? Check your program instructions on the Application Process page to be sure. All undergraduate applicants to the School of Music are required to complete a formal audition, with the exception of Sound Recording Technology - Audio Technology/Non-Performance Track and Performing Arts Management - Bachelor of Science candidates.
Some instruments require a prescreen. Be sure to review our Prescreen Information page for important instructions and deadlines.
If your instrument does not require a prescreen, you may register for an audition after your application is submitted and as soon as audition dates are posted. Register for an audition by January 15.
