Masks are not required inside the Holtschneider Performance Center spaces and concert halls. At the same time, DePaul University continues to be a mask-friendly campus and wearing a mask will be highly recommended for all indoor spaces. We ask that audience members please be respectful of one another’s choices. Proof of full vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test will no longer be required for entrance into the concert halls.
Self-screening:
All individuals are expected to self-screen for Covid-19 symptoms before entering the Holtschneider Performance Center. We ask that patrons who are not feeling well, are exhibiting any Covid-19 symptoms or have had or been exposed to Covid-19 in the past 10 days should not attend and instead contact the Holtschneider Performance Center Box Office for ticket options.
Flexible Ticketing Policy:
With many unknowns, we will accommodate exchanges, credits, and refunds should you be unable to attend an event or if an event needs to be reconfigured, rescheduled, or canceled. We will work with our Ensembles in Residence and On Stage at HPC guests to help facilitate ticketing flexibility wherever possible.
Please visit this page before you purchase a ticket or attend your next concert as our policies may change. Emails will be sent out at least 48 hours before every performance to every ticketholder with the most recent guideline information. Please be sure we have the most current contact information for you and your guests, so we can keep you updated on our concert experience. We want your visit to the Holtschneider Performance Center is comfortable, enjoyable, and safe.
Air Ventilation System:
