Andrew Zelm has performed music with a variety of groups and artists including:
Lowdown Brass Band, Black Bear Combo, The Drastics, JC Brooks and the Uptown Sound, Syl Johnson, Ralph “Soul” Jackson, Redmoon Theater, Alan Gresik’s Swing Shift Orchestra , Chicago Jazz Orchestra, The Whigs, Bryant Scott's Post-Modern Nightmare, and Old Shoe.

Andrew has also performed for Broadway’s In the Heights, Wilco’s Solid Sound Festival, Wakarusa, White House under the Obama Presidency, TurboRock Festival (Spain), Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel Inaugural Concert, Abruzzo Italian Jazz Festival, Cotai Jazz Festival in Macau, NCL Cruise Lines, Harry James Orchestra, Tommy Dorsey Orchestra, Numero Group Soul Revue, Darthmouth College/One Accord Gospel Choir, and was a member of the Disney All-American College Band in 2007.

Andrew has done extensive recording work as a sideman with many of Chicago’s finest artists, theater, and commercial productions. He also frequently arranges and books horn sections for a variety of different artists ranging from soul, funk, r&b, and indie rock.
