Guide to CMD Student/Family Parking

CMD Family Parking Permits may be purchased for $145 for the year in the CMD office. With the family parking permit, you may park in Lot P (990 W. Fullerton Ave.) on the north side of Fullerton Avenue across from the DePaul Art Museum.

Lincoln Commons Parking Garage

2316 N. Lincoln Ave. 
Paid parking is available by using the pay stations located throughout the garage.

PAY TO PARK options
'Pay to Park' spaces are available on Fullerton, Halsted, and Lincoln for several blocks north/south and east/west from the Fullerton/Halsted/Lincoln intersection. If you wish to pay for parking from a smart phone, please watch this Pay to Park video.

Side Street Parking options
Side street parking is available on most streets in the DePaul Lincoln Park area from 9am - 6pm on weekdays and weekends. Please check current parking signage.​

Guide to Faculty Parking

EVENING/WEEKEND permit: 
Faculty who currently possess the free EVENING/WEEKEND faculty parking permits may park at any of the following surface lots on campus from 4pm-8am on weekdays and all day on weekends: 
Lot E – Belden/Seminary (entrance from Belden)
Lot H – Student Center (weekdays only)
Lot L – Sheffield/Montana
Lot P – 990 W. Fullerton (north side of Fullerton just east of Sheffield)

Faculty with DePaul ID cards may upgrade to a Clifton Evening Weekend Permit for $65.00 at Parking Services.  The upgrade will allow faculty to park in the Clifton Garage plus the surface lots listed above after 4pm-8am on weekdays and anytime on Saturday or Sunday.

CMD FAMILY PARKING permit:
Faculty who also purchased the CMD Family Parking permit at the discounted faculty rate may park in the following lots starting at 2:45pm:
Lot P – 990 W. Fullerton

Sheffield Parking Facility
2331 N. Sheffield Ave.
Parking at the Sheffield garage costs $16.50. Validation of your parking ticket is available at machines located at the Student Center and the Richardson Library. Validation rates are $12.50 and after 4pm, $9.50.

The former Children's Memorial Hospital garage
2316 N. Lincoln Ave.
Paid parking is available in this garage through the use of pay stations located throughout.
