Conversations about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

​​​Dear School of Music Community,

Thank you for your participation in the recent forums on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Your thoughts and ideas continue to shape how the School of Music can be more diverse, equitable, and inclusive. We have heard feedback that smaller group sessions may be a more conducive way for some community members to feel empowered to participate. To that end, we invite you to contribute your ideas in such a format next week as we shine a spotlight on DEI discussions. 

We are calling this initiative Quarterly Conversations about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. During the week of October 26th, there will be several small group events where everyone in our School of Music community can participate. We encourage you to express your thoughts about any DEI topic you believe may benefit the School of Music. We hope you can find an event that fits your schedule and consider attending and sharing your thoughts.
