Students may register for lessons and classes by mail, phone, fax, or in person. A non-refundable registration fee of $5.00 is charged to each student per quarter. Families
are only required to pay one registration fee. Students will not be permitted
to attend lessons or classes until tuition and the registration fee have been paid.

under)
Adult Students (Over 18)
New Students
New students enrolling for private instruction must arrange for a placement interview
with the Director or Assistant Director of the Community Music Division. This process assists both the Director
and student in finding the most appropriate instructor for his/her particular needs and
interests. Registration for private instruction is accepted at any time during the year.
Continuing Students
Continuing students will receive registration materials in the mail prior to the start
of each new academic year. Invoices will be mailed prior to the start of each quarter to ensure placement in the program. Any continuing student registering after the official registration period during any
quarter will be charged a late registration fee of $10.00. A finance charge of 1.5% each month (18% APR) will be assessed on unpaid, undisputed balances more than 30 days past due.
Tuition Assistance
Scholarships based on financial need are available for Community Music students. For further
information contact the Director of the Community Music Division at 773/325-7262.
