Our studios and departments are the backbone of the School of Music. Regardless of your program; if you want to be a performance major, study Sound Recording Technology or aim to be a K-12 certified music teacher, you will spend time as a member of a studio. Our studios are by instrument, with voice combining with the opera program to create the Voice and Opera Department. Each studio/department is unique and is the place where our community begins. We hope these features will give you a brief glimpse into what it's like to study your instrument here at DePaul.
