John Henes has been teaching the Alexander Technique since 1979. He has taught at DePaul University since 1988. Many of John's Alexander students are members of major symphony orchestras around the world, including the Chicago Symphony, Lyric Opera of Chicago Orchestra, the New York Philharmonic and the Israel Philharmonic. John has also had an extensive career playing trumpet, most recently with the Lyric Opera Orchestra.
