About
Donald Casey, Ed.D is Dean of DePaul School of Music. He is an Illinois native, a product of the Evanston public schools, who has attended the Eastman School of Music, Northwestern University, and the University of Illinois. His degrees are in music education, but he is also an accomplished conductor, arranger, and scholar. He served on the faculty of Northwestern University for 16 years, where he especially enjoyed speaking with young people about careers in music and teaching. In addition to his administrative duties, he also coordinates and leads Two Workshops for Music Managers at Colleges and Universities dealing with the special issues facing music administrators.
