Audition Requirements (Graduate)
- concert F & Bb major scales played in two octaves (ascending & descending) in one breath
- the sight reading of portions of a big band chart or jazz etude, at tempo, with the use of a metronome
- the sight reading and improvising of two selections of contrasting tempos and styles from the Jamey Aebersold Play-A-Long Series, with the accompaniment of the compact disc recording
